What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell to you and run the store:

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought.
• Account details — if you create an account, your sign-in details and any addresses you save.
• Payment details — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered directly with them and are never stored on our systems.
• Usage information — pages viewed and how you reached the store, only where you have accepted the relevant cookies.
• Messages — anything you send us by email, contact form or chat.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your questions, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only if you have opted in — to send you marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working: your basket, your session, your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your answer at any time from the cookie settings link on the site.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers we need to run the store — our payment provider, our delivery carriers, our email provider, and our hosting and store platform. Each is given only what they need to do that job. We also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it, and a record of that withdrawal is kept so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. You can download or delete your data yourself from your account privacy page. You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

If we change this policy we will update this page.
