These terms

These terms apply when you order from Park Square Pharmacy. Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@parksquarepharmacy.com before placing your order.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we cannot accept it — because an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you order unless we tell you otherwise.

Delivery

We will give you a delivery estimate at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees, and delays outside our control can happen. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Cancelling and returning

Our returns and refunds policy explains how to cancel or return an order, and forms part of these terms.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right — by repair, replacement or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing in these terms takes away.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
